Look as good
as you see.
Aesthetic and wellness treatments for the eye area, face, skin, and beyond — guided by ophthalmologists who understand the anatomy around your eyes better than anyone. Refinement with a clinical foundation, never a med-spa afterthought.
Aesthetics, with a
surgeon’s precision.
Here, your Medical Aesthetician is the face of your care — your primary point of contact, who assesses, advises, treats, and walks with you through the whole journey. Behind them stands the full depth of our clinic: physicians who specialize in the eye and its surrounding anatomy, and the same research-led, evidence-based standards that shape our vision care. The warmth of a trusted expert — with a specialist clinic behind every recommendation.
Four ways to
look and feel your best.
Upper and lower eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and ptosis repair, performed by oculoplastic surgeons. Functional or cosmetic — a rejuvenated, more open eye area.

Explore →Three treatments
our patients ask for by name.
Built on the advanced Fotona laser platform, these are the treatments we’re known for — spanning rejuvenation, sleep, and hair, with little to no downtime.
Fotona 4D
A multi-layer laser facial that stimulates collagen from inside and out — smoothing fine lines and firming skin, with no downtime.
NightLase
A gentle, non-invasive laser treatment that tightens the soft palate to reduce snoring and improve sleep — one of our most-requested treatments.
HairRestart
The Fotona laser paired with PRP — platelet-rich plasma drawn from your own blood — to reawaken thinning hair and support natural regrowth, without surgery.
NightLase is functional as much as cosmetic — we’ve grouped it here because it’s one of our signature Fotona treatments, not because snoring is a beauty concern.
Not a med spa.
A specialist clinic.
The area around your eyes is the most delicate, expressive part of your face — and the easiest to get wrong. Here’s what sets our aesthetic care apart.
Book a Free ConsultationYour Medical Aesthetician is your point person from first consultation through follow-up — assessing, advising, and treating — so there’s always a familiar, expert face beside you.
Medical aestheticians carry advanced clinical training well beyond a standard aesthetics certification, working in a setting held to medical standards.
Behind every plan stand our physicians — including oculoplastic-trained surgeons for the delicate eye area — and the research-led, evidence-based standards of U Vision Group, the same science we trust for regenerative care like PRP at the U Dry Eye Institute.
Surgical procedures take place at U Surgical Centre — an accredited, purpose-built facility, with the same team beside you start to finish.
Our goal is to help you look like a refreshed version of yourself — never artificial. We’ll tell you honestly when less is more.
Your Medical Aesthetician is your guide through every treatment and follow-up — the familiar face you’ll come to know, with our full clinical team behind them.
Good to know.
How is UELC different from a med spa?
Our aesthetic treatments are supervised by ophthalmologists — physicians who understand the anatomy of the eye and face at a surgical level — and surgical procedures are performed in an accredited facility. You get the comfortable, personal experience of a spa with the clinical judgement and safety standards of a specialist clinic.
Are treatments performed by doctors?
It depends on the treatment. Surgical procedures (such as eyelid surgery) are performed by our oculoplastic surgeons. Non-surgical treatments — lasers, microneedling, injectables — are delivered by our medical aestheticians under physician oversight, with a doctor involved in your assessment and plan.
What is PRP, and is it safe?
PRP — platelet-rich plasma — is a concentrate made from a small sample of your own blood, rich in the growth factors your body uses to heal. Because it’s entirely your own (autologous), there’s no risk of allergic reaction. We use it in treatments such as HairRestart and U-Plasma, and it’s the same regenerative therapy we provide for dry-eye disease at the U Dry Eye Institute. At UELC it’s collected and administered by highly trained registered nurses, to strict clinical safety standards.
Will I look natural, or “done”?
Natural is the whole point. Our philosophy is to help you look like a rested, refreshed version of yourself — not someone else. We’ll recommend the least that achieves your goal, and we’ll tell you candidly if a treatment won’t do what you’re hoping.
Where are surgical procedures done?
Eyelid and other surgical procedures take place at U Surgical Centre, our accredited, purpose-built surgical facility, with the same UELC team caring for you from consultation through recovery.
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes — and it’s complimentary. Your consultation is an honest assessment of what will genuinely help, with clear information on options, recovery, and realistic outcomes. No pressure, no sales pitch.
Refresh, refine,
restore.
Tell us what you’d like to change, and we’ll give you an honest, expert view of your options — surgical or not. Your consultation is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
