U Eye Laser Cosmetic, part of the U Vision Group family, is committed to providing a welcoming, barrier-free experience for every patient, family member, and visitor — both at our locations and on this website. We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Our Commitment
We strive to ensure that people with disabilities are treated with dignity and independence, and that they have equal opportunity to access our care and information. We integrate accessibility into how we plan our services, train our team, and communicate with patients.
Website Accessibility
This website is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, including readable typography and colour contrast, descriptive text for images, keyboard navigability, and clear page structure. Accessible Facilities
Our locations are designed to support patients with a range of needs, with accessible entrances and examination rooms and free on-site parking. We welcome service animals and support persons. If you have specific accessibility requirements for your visit, please let us know in advance so we can prepare.
Accessible Customer Service
In keeping with the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), our team is trained to communicate in ways that take each person’s accessibility needs into account, and to support the use of assistive devices, service animals, and support persons.
